I love this man - I feel like making time is one thing, but being intentional about it and appreciating it is something else. The more we do the mundane, repetitive, and work-related things to consume our day, we truly feel as though time is flying by and that's why at this age, we have that constant thought of why is time flying by so fast and that we need to be "doing more". I think what you talked about here really helps slow time down a bit, and appreciate a lot more of our life than just the world we create for ourselves.
